Transformance (SIGNATURE 1:1 coaching package) 

 

Over the course of 6-12 weeks* we will work together to:

  • Clarify your true desires and goals

  • Understand your values and purpose

  • Enhance your self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem

  • Uncover what’s been holding you back – and put it behind you

  • Break through any self-imposed barriers or limiting beliefs

  • Take focused action to achieve your goals

  • Celebrate your progress and success

What you’ll receive:

  • A detailed introduction pack to help me get to know you before our first session. Knowing your unique strengths, circumstances and challenges allows me to tailor our time together so it’s perfect just for you.

  • A 90-minute intensive session to set the framework for our work together, dig deep into your desires and goals, and kick-start your success.

  • 6 additional hours of highly individualised 1:1 coaching, in person or by Skype. You’ll set the agenda and framework for each session, based on how you’re progressing and what you need. I’ll provide the coaching expertise to help you broaden your thinking, come up with solutions and continue to take focused action.

  • Tools and techniques to support your progress throughout our time together, tailored to your own unique circumstances and needs.

  • Email support throughout the programme to help you stay on track. You’ll feel supported and know that I’m by your side throughout.

* Many clients like to meet every 2 weeks, meaning we will work together for around 3 months.  However if you prefer to accelerate, you can book your sessions in weekly.  You get to choose, based on your schedule.

ACCELERATE  (1/2-day 1:1 COACHING immersion) 

Immersion is the perfect way to accelerate your learning and growth for fast results.

In this dedicated half day together we’ll dive deeply into your dreams and aspirations and create a plan to achieve them.  You’ll set the exact focus areas for our session, which may include:

  • Getting clear on your true desires and what you really want

  • Developing juicy and compelling goals that you are excited to achieve

  • Creating your inspired success plan so you know exactly what steps to take next

  • Uncovering and transforming self-doubt or beliefs that could be holding you back

  • PLUS specific tailored areas focused on your specific desires and needs - such as personal/leadership brand, job/career change strategies, self-confidence, money mindset, etc - whatever is relevant to your desires and goals!

Whatever your focus areas are, you’ll walk away with tools and actions to move forward confidently.
